Shipping & Delivery Policy
At BOHOZ.store, we are committed to delivering your curated bohemian fashion, accessories, and home décor items with care and reliability. Please review the following shipping and delivery details before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If there is a delay due to high order volume, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order weight.
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks for most international destinations
- Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout
- Free shipping is not currently available
Please note: Delivery estimates may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or local holidays.
3. International Shipping & Customs
- International orders are subject to the same processing and delivery timelines.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in the order total. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, including:
- Shipping carrier
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery window
- You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe:
- Contact us at store@bohoz.store with your order number and tracking information.
- We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every item. However:
- Damaged packages: Contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
- Lost packages: If your package is not delivered within 90 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
7. Shipping Policy Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. We are unable to make changes after the order is processed.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control and may extend delivery times.
8. APS Compliance Statements
Payment Confirmation:
Customers will receive an automated email payment confirmation immediately after a successful transaction.
OFAC Disclaimer:
BOHOZ.store will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of Oman.
Multiple Transaction Posting:
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly credit card statement.
