At BOHOZ.store, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, we’re here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
1. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Eligible reasons include:
- The item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects
- The item is significantly different from what was ordered
- The wrong size or item was delivered
Resolution options:
- A replacement (subject to availability)
- A full refund if the item is unavailable
2. Returns for Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind or the item didn’t meet your expectations:
Eligible reasons include:
- The style or color doesn’t suit your preferences
- The item does not fit as expected
- You no longer wish to keep the item
These returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
- A return tracking number or proof of shipment must be provided
- No restocking fee applies
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your card issuer
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings or any pierced jewelry
- Personal care items
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked at purchase)
6. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us at store@bohoz.store
- Once an order is shipped, the standard return policy will apply
7. Buyer Protection Guarantee
If your order is not delivered within 90 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

9. APS Compliance Notices
- BOHOZ.store will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of Oman.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
