1. What types of products do you offer?

At BOHOZ, we offer a wide range of bohemian, retro, and minimalistic fashion accessories and home decor. Our collections include:

  • For Her: Bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, anklets, sunglasses, hats, bags, footwear, watches, watch bands, and apparel.
  • For Him: Bracelets, necklaces, rings, sunglasses, hats, bags, footwear, watches, watch bands, and apparel.
  • For Home: Retro and bohemian-themed decor such as wall art, tapestries, rugs, cushions, lamps, and more.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our collections and select the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Choose the size or variant (if applicable) and click Add to Cart.
  3. Once ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to Checkout.
  4. Fill in your shipping and payment details, then complete your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

4. Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic and International Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped to monitor its progress.


7. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.


9. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.


10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us at store@bohoz.store. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled, and our return process will apply.

Yes! We prioritize sustainability and ethical sourcing. Many of our products are made using eco-friendly materials such as wood, leather, rattan, and natural fibers. We work with artisans and suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability and fair trade.
